Hi John, It’s Alexandre. How are you ?
I live now in France, and will organize an apéro for my new neighbours.
Can you say me, how I can do it, and what I can offer ?
It would be nice if you can answer me tomorow, so I have time to buy the goods. Thank you for help. By and nice evening.

Hi Alexandre,
Hope you are comfortable in France. What a nice idea you have to invite your neighbours.
Why don’t you suggets them an English apéro ? So they can discover your way of life. But if you really want to offer them a French apéro, by some toasts with butter and saumon, and salami, white cheese, with carottes and concombres. To drink, a typical Crément.
Don’t hesitate to call me back if you need more détails.
Good luck, and a nice apéro.
